This policy applies to the AccAvenue website and the information you choose to share when contacting us about products or orders. By using the site, you acknowledge the practices described here.
Information we collect
The static website does not include an account registration system or an on-site payment form. We may receive information you voluntarily send through WhatsApp, Telegram or email, including your name or handle, contact details, selected products, quantities and order requirements.
Basic technical information may also be recorded by hosting infrastructure, such as IP address, browser type, requested pages and timestamps, for security and operational purposes.
How information is used
Information may be used to answer inquiries, check product availability, coordinate an order, provide legitimate support, maintain security, improve the catalog and comply with legal obligations. We do not use contact details for unrelated marketing without an appropriate basis or consent.
Cart and local storage
Your AccAvenue cart is stored locally in your browser so selections can persist between pages. This data remains on your device until you clear browser storage or remove the items. It is not transmitted to AccAvenue until you choose a contact channel and send the generated brief.
Third-party channels and sharing
When you choose WhatsApp, Telegram or email, your communication is also governed by that provider’s privacy terms. We may share information with service providers only where reasonably needed to operate, secure or fulfill a legitimate request, or where required by law. We do not sell personal information.
Security and retention
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect information. No internet transmission is completely secure. Order communications are retained only as long as reasonably needed for the stated purpose, recordkeeping, dispute handling or legal compliance.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, or to object to certain processing. You can clear cart data through your browser settings and can choose not to send a generated order brief.
